All registration cancellation requests must be received in writing by emailing anpaoffice@gmail.com. A confirmation reply will be sent by email upon processing of the registration cancellation request. The registration fee will be refunded in the manner it was received (e.g., credit card refund) and according to the following rate and date schedule:
· Until February 6, 2024: Refund of registration fee minus $100 administrative processing fee
· February 6 - February 27, 2024: Refund of 50% of registration fee
· February 28, 2024 or later: No refunds, all sales are final
