Brief AbstractSimultaneous evaluation of brain function (PET) and psychophysical learning parameters on and off drugs. At present drugs are used to manipulate various cholinergic receptors. Detailed psychological evaluations outside of PET are used to evaluate longer term effects of therapy.
Inclusion/Exclusion CriteriaMild non-demented PD patients < 75 yo. No other systemic diseases particularly CVS, asthma, prostatic hypertrophy, or psychiatric disorders
Opportunities for CollaborationWe will pay travel expences for subjects. Peform PET, MRI, psychophysics, and psychological evaluations, and analyze all data.
