Meeting Registration

24th Annual Meeting registration fee includes continuing education certificates of credit (CME and CE), attendance at all sessions, reception, breakfasts and Annual Banquet.

Each Pre-Meeting Session requires an additional fee. The fee includes continuing education certificates of credit (CME and CE), attendance at the session and coffee break.  The morning session includes breakfast.

ANPA members receive a reduced rate if they have paid their 2013 dues or pay their dues at the time of registration.  If you are a member remember to log-in first.  Students and trainees receive a reduced rate.

Please note: There will be a cancellation fee of $50.
