The Meeting Site Committee shall work in conjunction with the Executive Director to recommend locations for the annual meeting.  They will take into consideration membership preference, financial cost, quality of facilities, and the Program Committee’s anticipated space needs.  Their recommendation will go to the Council for final decision.
