Revised--To be Voted On March 2015

As described in the ANPA Bylaws, the Bylaws Committee, chaired by President-Elect Jeremy Schmahmann, has thoroughly reviewed the Bylaws and proposed a series of changes to bring them into sync with the way the business of ANPA is conducted.  The existing bylaws as revised in 2009 placed the responsibility for the day-to-day running of ANPA with the Council.  However, the daily business of the organization is actually conducted by the Officers working with the Administrative Director.  Policy matters, fellowship decisions, and other major decisions are presented by the Officers to the Council for discussion and vote by conference call or email.  The Bylaws Committee, working with the Administrative Director, has proposed a series of edits to rectify this language.  The Council approved the proposed changes and the Bylaws Revisions will be brought to a vote at the Business Meeting during the annual meeting in Lake Buena Vista, FL.
