Fellow of the American Neuropsychiatric Association

In 1999 the designation of Fellow of the American Neuropsychiatric Association
was established in recognition of special achievement in neuropsychiatry, behavioral
neurology, neuropsychology or the clinical neurosciences. The individuals elected as
a Fellow of ANPA in 2008 are:

  • Robert A. Bornstein, Ph.D.
  • Jeremy Schmahmann, M.D.

Young Investigator Award

The Young Investigator Awards are given to several young investigators who are
embarking on promising careers in the clinical neurosciences. These young
investigators are chosen from among the poster presenters at the ANPA Annual
Meeting. The 2008 winner of the Young Investigator Award is:

  • Meghan C. Campbell, Ph.D.
Career Development Award

In 2001 the ANPA Career Development Award Program was instituted. It recognizes
an advanced trainee in psychiatry, neurology, or neuropsychology whose
accomplishments during training offer promise of a successful career in
neuropsychiatry and the clinical neurosciences. The 2008 awardee is:

  • Neil Harrison, M.B.B.S., M.R.C.P.(UK), M.R.C. Psych.
